| Features: 1. CIO2 is WHO,EPA-approved for both pretreatment and final disinfection of potable water. It eliminates such microorganisms as escherichia coli and other coliforms, listeria, staphylococcus aureus, giardia cysts, algae and salmonella. 2. CIO2 has consistently been shown to be the best molecule for eradicating the causative organism of legionnaires' disease. 3. CIO2 effectively removes hard water components i.e. iron and manganese, promotes flocculation, and aids in the removal of turbidity. 4. CIO2 does not combine with organics to form suspected carcinogens such as THM's or haloacetic acids (HAA's). 5. CIO2 provides a lasting residual throughout the distribution system to reduce or eliminate the subsequent growth of bacteria, viruses, and algae. 6. CIO2 is ideal for industrial water systems and community water purification plants. CIO2 is also ideal for smaller water supplies such as cisterns and hospital water systems. Application: Ballast water, dinking water, tap water, recycled water, secondary water supply, water towers, wells, cavern water, swimming pools, landscape water, sewage and other non-potable water to kill algae, disinfection and sterilization, decomposition oxidative of harmful substances and removal odor, smell. Usage and Dosage: 1. Ship ballast water structure and distribution of dosage points: (1) Ballast water tanks: air pipe is the best input and spread channels for disinfectant. (2) Deep space: the top of hatch can be used for injecting disinfectant. (3) Oil tank: simple structure, disinfectant will automotive spread to here from water tank. 2. Usage method: (1) Disinfectant concentration range requires: 0.5-1.0ppm. (2) Dosage: One gram powder can treat 80-160kg ballast water. Usage concentration: 0.5-1.0ppm. Effect: disinfection, purification, removal algae and odor, improving water quality. Direct plus melt pills liquid from water entrance by pump system. (3) Loop water: Completely mix with disinfectants. (4) Determination of effect: After cycling 30 minutes, detected residual chlorine get to 0.5-1.0ppm, it is ok. Storage and Precaution: 1. Seal and prevent moisture, keep away from heat/sunlight, below 35oC. 2. Glass or plastic container with opened cover should be used for making disinfection liquid. 3. Avoid contact clothing. If contact eyes, use the clean water to flush immediately. |
