| Features: This disinfectant, primarily composed of dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, is a quaternary ammonium salt solution. It is colorless, odorless, mild, non-irritating, highly efficient in sterilization, has a wide range of applications, and provides long-lasting effects. It is easy to operate and convenient to use. Scope of Application: 1. Cleaning and disinfecting production and filling equipment, CIP system pipelines in food processing plants such as dairy products, soft drinks, fruit and vegetable juices, and condiment factories. 2. Cleaning and disinfecting machinery in various food shops including chain or independent cake shops, pastry shops, bakeries, western restaurants, cafes, tea restaurants, fast food restaurants, Chinese fast food restaurants, cold drink shops, and deli shops. 3. Cleaning and disinfecting various machinery such as cold drink machines, juicers, yogurt machines, milk tea machines, kebab machines, baking machines, egg baking machines, sausage baking machines, electric fryers, tart forming machines, burger machines, potsticker machines, dumpling machines, boiling machines, noodle boilers, steamers, clay pot cookers, pulp grinders, coffee machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines. 4. Cleaning and disinfecting fresh food cabinets, food workbenches, and other catering-related mechanical equipment in food factories. Usage Instructions: Dilute this product 25 times with water (3.34g/L-4.13g/L). It can be used for circulating cleaning and disinfection of food machinery pipelines (circulation time 5-30 minutes depending on the situation) or for surface cleaning and disinfection of equipment. After circulating cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water. |
