Chlorine Dioxide Disinfectant Application in the Processing of Spices
——Application in the Production Process of Soy Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Pepper, Curry powder, Spices and so on

Spices include soy sauce, Dark soya sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, star anise (aniseed), fennel, allspice, pepper, pepper, mustard, curry powder, pepper powder. If we do not attach importance to raw material, equipment and packaging sanitation in production process,it is very easy to make excessive bacterial products, which will affect products quality, and even affect other food quality and safety.

Disinfection Applications

1.Cereal raw materials disinfection: soak into 20-40mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant.

2.Pepper and other solid finished product disinfection: spary 50-100mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant, dry.

3.The production of water treatment: a direct input to chlorine dioxide disinfection, concentration of 0.5-1mg/l.

4.Packaging sterilization: after soaking into 50-100mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant, air dry.

5.Workshop, room and entrance to pool disinfection: chlorine dioxide disinfectant concentration of 100-150mg/l.

6.Engineering equipment, tables, floors, walls, doors, windows surface disinfection: spray or wipe 100mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant.

7.CIP systems of pipes, container sterilization: cycle 50-80mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant more than 30 minutes, or soaking overnight.

8.Factories, warehouses and other indoor air disinfection: spray or wipe 100-200mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant, or place 500mg/l liquid in high fumigation.

9.The operator hands disinfection:wash hands;soak into 100 mg/l of chlorine dioxide disinfectant, air dry.

10.Working clothing disinfection: clean, soak into 10-20mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant 20 minutes, dry.

11.Transport vehicles, handling tools disinfection: spray or wipe regularly 100mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant.

12.Wastewater treatment: direct input of chlorine dioxide, concentration of 5-10mg/l.

13.Waste disinfection: waste, garbage, sauce residue with 200mg/l chlorine dioxide disinfectant spray or mix then do harmless treatment.
